Web Chat / Email / Voice – International Process (UK Shift)
We are a leading UK based Supermarket and Online E commerce store having back office operations and Customer Service team in India. We are looking for smart and energetic people to join our team.
Skill Level: Fresher or Experienced
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to provide excellent customer service, solving questions and complaints related to order status, Inventory, Billing related queries, through web-chat, emails and phone calls based communication tools.
- Contacts will be from customers and ensure superior customer experience.
- Responsible to attend incoming Chat conversations and responds to inquires in a manner which meets quality and performance standards
- Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines
- Responsible to document customer transactions accurately in the appropriate systems
- Coordinate with the co-workers, lead persons and other departments as appropriate
Pre-requisites: Good communication skills, Analytical knowledge, Logical thinking, Customer Oriented.
Education: Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
