Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Interaction with the business to understand the requirements.
2. Involvement in end to end recruitment life cycle
3. Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels i.e. Job Portals, Vendors, Referral network, Internal Database Walk-Ins, Mass-mailing, Job Posting, Social media, Social networks & internal movements.
4. Screening of the resumes/profiles as per the requirements for the best fitment.
5. Interaction with the candidates to set the expectations, clarify any further doubts at any step of the recruitment process.
6. Scheduling interviews with Hiring managers or higher management by way of telephonic, F2F & VC as well as streamlining the process in an effective and timely manner with the internal processes.
7. Facilitating each round of interview with proper scheduling and co-ordination with the panel members as well as the candidates.
8. Responsible for successful execution of the recruitment drives. Closely watching Turnaround Time (TAT) and manage Offer-to-Joining ratio to ensure hiring conversion and reduced Effort.
9. Continuous follow up until On-boarding
10. Excellent communication and relationship management skills
