Position : Swab Collection Technician

Key responsibilities :

Who can be an S-Tech

Ø DMLT/Nursing qualified

Ø Minimum 1 year of experience in swab Collection is a must

Ø Should have both Nasal and Throat collection experience

Ø H1N1 Collection: 1 year (Required)

Ø Ready for outdoor work

Responsibilities

Ø Being a swab Collection Technician, it is essential that you are trained for swab collection before performing this technique.

Ø It is your responsibility to ensure that you are competent enough to perform swab collection procedure efficiently

Ø You must use correct technique and equipment to collect the swab

Ø Always ensure that you have identified the patient properly and have labeled the sample tube with correct details (Name/ Age/ Gender/Sample Id/ Barcode/ Date)

Ø All sample packaging, transportation and waste disposal must be done as per the protocol

Ø To serve the patient in best way is to increase trust of the patient towards the brand

Ø To troubleshoot all the challenges faced during the job

Ø To serve the customer/ Patient assigned by Thyrocare.
