Bancassurance is a relationship between bank and insurance company that is aimed at offering insurance product or insurance product or insurance benefits to the bank’s customer in this partnership, bank staff and tellers become the point of sale and point of contact for the customer
Responsibilities and Duties
The Relationship officer has the responsibility of driving sale and achieving target through the assigned bank branches
Drive sale and achieve the target through the bank branches.
support the CRO in his sales effort , in terms of generating benefits illustration ,accompanying client calls if required .
The bank is the key customer of the business manager and he has to engage an open and trusting relationship with branch manager/officer/staff engage the employee of the bank branches in regular discussion to transfer knowledge about insurance . JV company’s product offering and understand their issues concern about selling insurance (if any)
Ensure all the services requirement are met medical facilities and customer are satisfied.
spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank whether through walk-in data-meaning referrals and other
communication skill,sales skill, NBFC, banking and financial services , insurance sale, credit card sale,any other sales experience
225,000 to 250,000 lakh per annum
Travelling allowance RS 2500 per month
incentive 5000 to 50000
