KAG Tiles is a 25 year Business Conglomerate galloping in various spheres of activities viz., Tiles, Taps and Bath Fittings, Sanitary ware, Software Solutions, Electronics, etc., We are leading Tiles Manufacturing and selling company, Head quartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Job Summary

Urgently looking for Project Sales to work under our Franchisee of SAMPRTO CERAMICS in Coimbatore Locations.

Responsibilities

Project Sales exposure

  • B2B Market (Corporate, Institution & Project Sales) sensing & mapping.
  • To develop business in all above assigned territories includes Architect/Builders network
  • To implement the marketing / sales activities in the designated area includes Dealers/Distributors network.
  • To achieve pre decided volume and value targets
  • Handling Key accounts in all corporate verticals.
  • Ensuring proper specification from architects, Interior designers etc.
  • Excellent customer service so as to retain customers
  • Lead generation & acquiring fresh projects/ clients, Meeting builders / architects
  • Generating business from architects, builders & interior designers
  • To ensure availability of goods/deliverable in cooperation with order desk and logistics
  • Systematically analyze and report sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends
  • Working closely with sales team for upcoming projects.
  • New Client Acquisition
  • Sourcing New Business from Existing Client
  • Generating business through dealers, architects and builders
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Candidate should be mobile and willing to travel extensively.
  • Candidate should be fluent with MS Office.

Key Skills

· Handling similar responsibility & strong exposure to in handling architects, builders and developers

· Exposure to handling multiple products & large/medium base projects

· Candidates would be required to achieve sales in Tiles added advantage.

· Meet Architects, Builders, Corporate clients and promote our entire range product.

· Handle existing key corporate accounts of the company and also develop new accounts.

· Work in a target-driven environment

· Provide daily reports

· Would be required to handle the complete operation starting from Inquiry generation

· Sampling, quotations, follow up, order closure, delivery coordination, payment collection

· Incumbent should have exposure of sales & marketing with architect/builders/contractors preferably from building material industry.

· Should posses’ min 2 years of relevant experience

· Must have good communication & presentation skills with high energy level

· Proactive & self-starter Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude

· Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation

· Expert in time management

· Organized work ethic

· Proven track record in sales environment

· Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas

· Ability to create and deliver client presentations, especially power points and/or white papers

· Leadership Quality

· Team Player

· Able to Guide and Assist Other Team Members

· Able to Perform Under Pressure
