Purpose of the Job:

To Guide, Monitor and Support Niranthara Tamilnadu NGO partners to enhance efficacy, efficiency and suitability of the partners in order to make a significant impact on the communities that are served by them.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Develop an overall plan and structure for coordination, communication and logistics management in consultation with SPM and Finance Manager

· Develop communication plan on weekly basis for execution and review it with Sr. Program Manager.

· Communicate the updates and steps to NGO Niranthara Partners after reviewing the content with the Manager

· Contribute to the developing budgets for the month at the beginning of the month and review it with SPM

· Co-ordinate communication on all the training programmes among Leaders, NGO staff and others in the program to ensure full participation

· Responsible to take care of assigned NGO partners’ needs and issues and communicate/escalate the matters to SPM

· Monitor the progress on the communication from the NGO partners on matters related to training and implementation there of

· Identify critical gaps/challenges in the coordination, communication and logistics find right solutions and seek support from central team to resolve them

· Participate in all training programs, weekly & monthly meetings and other programs as and when scheduled

· Ensure high level of engagement and participation by the NGO leaders, their staff and other participants in the training programs and events

· Ensure vendor management and identify service providers for the needs of the training and assist the training manager and tech support manager

· Upgrade subject skills and knowledge by additional reading, referring of materials and field practices

· Follow up on all the grant related documents with in agreed time and make recommendations for quarterly release of the grants to partner

· Ensure all important matters related to communication, gaps, logistics and coordination are brought into the notice of Sr. program manager

· Submit monthly and quarterly reports to Sr. Program manager and review performance on Quarterly basis

· Coordinate with other Dhwani team members like Finance manager, Executive Director, Trustees etc in order to ensure smooth running of the program

· Adhere to all policies and principles of the organisation and willing to change the geography/partners based on the organisational requirement

· Open to take any other assignments that are related to the role based on the need and organisational requirement


· Manage and work the logistics within the approved budgets

· Manage the process of monitoring with assigned NGOs and/or organisations

· Take decisions within the limits of approved roles and times

Experience : 1 year (Preferred)
