- Periodical committee meeting arrangement and record maintenance,
- Sunday Canteen Token issue for Made Ups workers.
- Inspector of factory register maintenance ,
- Induction Training for New Joining ,
- Absenteeism enquiry ( Through Mobile phone )
- Left employees exit interview
- New employees recruitment based on dept wise requirement
- Walk-in Interview ( Application , Document review )
- Field sourcing ( wall poster, hand notice advertising activities)
- Attending Job Fair conducting by district employment office
- Absenteeism Follow-up workers
- Scheduling interviews.
