Food and Beverage Assistant

Job Summary

Take orders and serve food and beverages to patrons at tables in dining establishment.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
2. Collect payments from customers.
3. Communicate dining or order details to kitchen personnel.
4. Take customer orders.
5. Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
6. Serve food or beverages to patrons, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
7. Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining.
8. Clean food service areas.
9. Roll silverware, set up food stations or set up dining areas to prepare for the next shift or for large parties.
10. Arrange tables or dining areas.
11. Inform customers of daily specials.
12. Present food or beverage information or menus to customers.
13. Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware.
14. Arrange tables or dining areas.

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month
