Job Position: Executive Assistant
Requirement:
Commitment for 3 yrs with Bond
Experience in Healthcare Administration for at least 3 years
- To Co ordinate within the C level management
- To create reports and collect data’s on regular basis
- To follow on various pending works and report regarding the same
- To draft emails, letters and presentations for C level
- To be able take minutes of the meeting in all meetings
- To be able represent c level in their absence
- To be able to follow of job completions and assignment given to the management team

* Written and verbal communication skills English
* Reporting skills
* Supply management
* Scheduling
* Computer software skills including Microsoft Office
* Organization skills
* Time management skills
* Presentation skills
* Office equipment maintenance
* Travel logistics
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree must
* Master’s preferred but not required
* Three to five years of administrative experience
* Experience managing multiple calendars
* Must be willing to travel
