Job Summary
As a Customer Support Executive, need to understand the products and services offered by Zerodha. Improve efficiency in the operations process by better tracking of leads and conversion of customers. Lead generation and conversion of potential clients.
Preferring: Hindi and English Speaking Candidates
Responsibilities and Duties
- Help customers understand the products/services.
- Onboarding assistance to customers.
- After-sales support.
Key Skills
Share market, Effective Customer Support Handling, Zerodha, trading, investing, stock market, financial services
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in trading / investing
- Knowledge of stock markets
- Familiarity with the Zerodha products and services
- Any certification in the stock market would be an added advantage
