Customer Service Representative
Looking for a Customer Support Executive for a leading Engineering & oil field Resources supplier company
Timing: 9.30 AM to 7.30 PM
Weekly 6 days (week off- Friday)
· Manage incoming calls.
· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
· Following up on tenders related matters.
· Supporting tendering activities.
· Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Proven experience in similar role.
- Proficiency in English, Malayalam, Hindi & Tamil is a must.
