Job Description

The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Promotes products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

· Source Customers through Connectors/ Brokers (Property Brokers, Chartered Accountants/ DSA\’s etc.

· Connect with clients to understand their needs and fulfill them.

· Thorough knowledge of Company\’s Loan Product.

· Client Acquisition/ Servicing.

· Create and Maintain relations with Connectors/ Brokers & Customers.

· Supporting new and current clients on loan Products.

· Setting up meetings with clients to obtain information on their loan needs.

· determining the most suitable loan option; and providing guidance on the lending process.
