  5. Minimum work experience above 2 yrs in Star Hotel

  7. Education Diploma or Degree in Hotel management
Responsibilities :
  • Chef need to assist in menu planning and creating new food themes.
  • Inventory, costing, waste control and stock
  • Oversee preparation, presentation of the foods
  • Maintain healthy hygiene practices & safety measures and manage the operation of the kitchen.
