We are looking for an Office Assistant. Responsible in handling clerical and record keeping tasks at office located at Gandhipuram. You will be managing files, updating records, other documents, performing other general office clerk duties and errands.

  1. Handle all internal office work and accounts.
  2. Develop and maintain a filing system.
  3. Knowledge in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel.
  4. Must have attention to detail
  5. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  6. Develop and maintain a filing system
  7. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  8. Maintain contact lists
  9. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Female Candidates based in Coimbatore are preferred.
