Education and Work Experience :
Commerce/ Computer Science/ Business Management Graduate with minimum 5 years of work experiences in Service Industry/ NBFC’s and Team Management.
Professional Requirement: MANDATORY
- Exposure to Microsoft Products
- Medium to High-level Microsoft Excel skills
- Team Handling/ Administration and Team Co-coordinating skills
- Follow up of Customer Retention’s, Accounts Receivables and Customer Acquisition
- Close Follow up capacity of the respective Team and the progress towards Seasonal goals of the organization
- Direct In-house dealing of walk in Customers and handling tasks
Personal Profile : MANDATORY
- Married and Settled in Coimbatore,
- Verbal and Written Communication: English and Tamil
- High Level communication strength in Phone, Email and App environment
- High Etiquettes in Pleasant Manners, Tidiness, very well Groomed/ Fresh and Well dressed, Positive Outlook, Organizing skills, Soft Negotiator although aggressive professionally.
- Office Timing- __8.30 am to 5:45 pm
